Pokemon OC- Water Gym Leader Quarbie

I have this idea that sometime Quarbie just decided that wanted to stay at Sinnoh, and she got some stability at life. I imagine her here as... 25 years? Maybe she even got married in there, or engaged.... maybeeee....?
So She became the new Water Gym leader of Sinnoh. Maybe Crasher Wake just wanted to retire. Like Lenora and Cheren, they share the same badge, but not the same Gym. I'm thinking about she moving to Jubilife City and her Gym being there.
At gym, her main pokemon would be Primarina (the same that she used in Alola), Jellicent (the same of this drawing: fav.me/dbia262) and a Gastrodon. On her rematch she would use her trustable Cloyster, a Starmie and Toxapex.
Although she wears a raincoat, no one of her team uses rain dance. I just found it cute. 
And I used to draw her wearing a mega keystone, but I think it's not necessary anymore, since I decided her only mega will be her Gallade. I was too much on mega hype and formely thought on her having multiple megas, but I decided that she only use one mega, on her first pokemon.
